Uniquely constrained - this property had no direct street frontage and a view easement which limited the building height over a portion of the property. Working within these constraints, 47 North proposed a unique solution featuring a larger northern 3-story unit with attached garage and smaller southern 2-story home with dedicated parking pad. This property was entitled and sold to Legacy Group Capital allowing 47 North to pursue the Two on Beacon project.
