Arieh Hammer

Matt and Arieh met through Arieh's sister in law because she works at Amazon with Matt's husband Jimmy.  He was intrigued by what Matt had to say about real estate and when the opportunity arose to fill the void created Jenna went on maternity leave, he quickly seized the opportunity to work with Matt at 47 North Development.

Before starting at 47 North, he spent the 5 years traveling the world dabbling in everything from wine making in Napa, to teaching people how to sail, to advising on social media marketing.  Arieh leverages his myriad experiences and dealings with people from all walks of life into a customer-first approach when working with tenants, investors, and other 47 North Development affiliates.

As an avid foodie, Arieh can usually be found checking out a new restaurant or learning a new skill.  Currently, he's taking a woodworking course with his older brother Simon.
